What is a CSA ?!?
CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture" and it's a partnership between the farm and its members.
When you sign up for the Neilson Family Farm CSA, you're paying in advance for your share of the farms harvest.
This gives the farm the necessary money during a time of the year where costs are high and sales are low.
